If you are tired or worried, ask yourself if you feel angry,
sad, annoyed…..
Sit down, relax, don’t do anything: just concentrate on yourself.
Realize what your feelings are, because to understand a problem you should
first understand your emotions towards that problem. So you can separate your
feelings from it.
By doing so you’ll also find the solution to your trouble.
