A typical western diet consists of red meat, refined grains,
processed foods and high-fat dairy products, directly leading to an increased
risk of many types of cancers and other causes.
I strongly suggest the use of non-processed foods and avoid
carbs whenever possible (ANY form of simple sugar represents a primary source
of cancer fuel, allowing it to spread).
(some statistics: our typical diet increases the risk of
cancer 2.5 times!)
